Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies only to products purchased directly through the e‑commerce store at Planset Signs which is available at https://plansetsigns.com.

We offer two main product types:

  • Custom products: Custom stickers (labels), custom placards, and any product with custom text, layout, logo, or branding.
  • Standard (non‑custom) products: Regular catalog items sold as‑is, with no changes to design or text.

Custom Products

  • No returns on custom products.
  • Custom items are made to your specifications and are final sale.
  • If there is a defect or we make an error, contact us promptly so we can review and make it right.

Standard (Non‑Custom) Products

  • Returns are only accepted for standard (non‑custom) products.
  • Items must be new, unused, and unopened, in original packaging.
  • Items must have been purchased within 30 days of delivery.
  • After 30 days, items are no longer eligible for return.

Return Shipping & Our Errors

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped or defective product), we will provide a shipping label.
  • If the return is not due to our error (ordered wrong item, no longer needed, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are typically non‑refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your returned items.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
  • In many cases, refunds are completed more quickly.
  • This timeline covers transit time, return processing, inspection, and your bank or card issuer’s processing time.
