How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your details, and confirm payment. Your order will then appear on your Orders page.
Where can I see my order status?
Log in to your Dashboard and go to the Orders page to see live statuses such as processing, shipped, completed, or refunded.
How do I track my shipment?
Open the relevant order on the Orders page and click the tracking link provided to see real-time shipping updates.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation from the Orders page while the status is still eligible, typically before production or shipment begins.
How do I request a refund?
Select the order in your Dashboard and use the refund request option, following the instructions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Can I reorder a previous job?
Yes. Open a past order from the Orders page and use the reorder option to quickly purchase the same items again.
Do I need an account to manage orders?
Yes, you must log in to access your Dashboard and Orders page for full visibility and control over your orders.
