Which orders does this returns policy cover?
This policy only applies to products purchased directly through the e‑commerce checkout on plansetsigns.com. Orders placed by email, phone, or other channels may be subject to different terms.
What is the difference between custom and standard (non‑custom) products?
Custom products include any stickers (labels), placards, or signs with custom text, layouts, logos, or branding. Standard (non‑custom) products are our regular catalog items sold as‑is, with no changes to the design or wording.
Can I return custom products?
No. Custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, because they are produced specifically for your project. If there is a defect or we made an error, contact us so we can review and correct the issue.
Can I return standard (non‑custom) products?
Yes, standard (non‑custom) products may be returned if they are new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and if they were purchased within 30 days of delivery.
What is the time limit for returns?
Standard (non‑custom) items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, items are no longer eligible for return.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped or a defective product), we will provide a shipping label. If you are returning items for any other reason, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
You should receive your refund within about four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes transit time, return check‑in and inspection, refund processing, and your bank or card issuer’s posting time.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Your financial institution may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, correction, or refund as appropriate.
